Clinical case: Recovering an anterior tooth with an implant and bone regeneration
A patient came to the clinic after suffering a root fracture. In addition to the fracture, she had bone loss in the area, which made it impossible to place an implant immediately.
In order to restore her tooth and achieve a natural result, we first performed a bone regeneration procedure, which allowed us to recover the lost bone volume and create a solid and stable base for the implant.
After healing, a dental implant was placed, followed by a digitally designed permanent zirconium crown.
The important thing in this type of treatment is that it is fully integrated into the smile, indistinguishable from the adjacent natural teeth.
